VACANCY BARBADOS Accounting Assistant/ Office Administrator


Position Title:      Accounting Assistant/ Office Administrator
Reports to: Finance Manager-Barbados
Overall Responsibility
To Assist the Finance Manager and Oversee Office Administration
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:                                                      
 Entry of transactions relating to payables and receivables.
 Preparation of VAT returns.
 Preparation of  Payroll
 Management of company cash flow
 Supervision of the office
 Any other reasonable duties as may be deemed necessary.
Job Requirements:
 At least ACCA/CGA Level 2 or equivalent
 Accounting Experience minimum of 3 years.
 Strong knowledge of accounting procedures
 Knowledge of QuickBooks is essential
 Excellent Communication Skills
