VACANCY BARBADOS Accounting Assistant/ Office Administrator
Position Title: Accounting Assistant/ Office Administrator
Reports to: Finance Manager-Barbados
Overall Responsibility
To Assist the Finance Manager and Oversee Office Administration
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Entry of transactions relating to payables and receivables.
Preparation of VAT returns.
Preparation of Payroll
Management of company cash flow
Supervision of the office
Any other reasonable duties as may be deemed necessary.
Job Requirements:
At least ACCA/CGA Level 2 or equivalent
Accounting Experience minimum of 3 years.
Strong knowledge of accounting procedures
Knowledge of QuickBooks is essential
Excellent Communication Skills
