Job Opportunity - Sales Manager Barbados.


Prism Services Inc (www.prismco.com) a regional business to business outsourcing company providing a series of services to large corporations across the region, is seeking to recruit an effective and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager based in Barbados.

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years in a diverse sales environment with the following:
·         A proven track record in sales
·         A Degree in Management, Marketing or a relevant field


What you’ll be doing:
·         Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean including setting and meeting revenue targets
·         Manage and lead a sales team
·         Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in Barbados and the OECS
·         Training and coaching of the sales team
·         Manage the relationships with the client base
·         Coordinate with the product development group to introduce and sell new products and services to the market
